Who knew visiting a farm could be a wild party? Our bus to the Galway Wool Co-op was just that. Overhead lights of neon blue, purples, and pinks fuelled our already excited group. The party continues with the vibrant colours and Blacklight-activated blue in these fun yarns. Note the sock blanks have been painted in groups of 3. Sock blanks can only be unraveled from one end. Take a moment to determine which end that is. Trust me on this; I learned the hard way! When unraveled, they’ll look like piles of wavy dried ramen noodles. That’s normal and adorable really. Some will recommend you heat the yarn in a pot of water to try to straighten it but I don’t recommend that, especiallhy if your yarn is non-SW. You risk felting it. The curly yarn is perfectly knittable as is.
