Monet's Garden at Argenteuil, 1873

from $28.00

Compared with his other, more famed gardens, Monet painted his family’s beautiful garden at Argenteuil, Paris, only a handful of times. It is no less beautiful, in my opinoin. The bright red dahlias and yellow roses dominate the paintings but there’s a wealth of other colours too. Greens, oranges, browns, a white house with green shutters, and a cloud-filled periwinkle sky. This variegated offering is my homage to his garden and paintings at Argenteuil.

Fine SW Merino Fingering, 100g (3.5oz), 400m (437yds)

Fingering Sock, 55% SW BFL, 45% Silk, 100g (3.5oz), 400m (437yds)
